Jarvis Elliott has an amazing opportunity with an organization based in New York City that helps entry-level candidates find high skilled jobs with large name brands such as Amazon, Ebay, General Mills, and more. They are looking to bring on an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to lead their most important client relationships.

Key Responsibilities of the role

  • Renewing and expanding client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with their Customer Success team to make sure day-to-day interactions and high-level relationship goals move in sync.
  • Tell the story of how they are helping their customers succeed at expanding access to opportunity and increasing diversity to executives.
  • Present insights and drive the adoption of our expanding suite of products.
  • Collaborate closely with their Customer Success team to make sure day-to-day interactions and high-level relationship goals move in sync.

As the ideal candidate for this position, you would have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Previous success as a manager
  • Experience owning both renewals and up-sells
  • Extended record of success in quota-carrying roles
  • Early-stage SaaS experience
  • Field sales experience
  • Experience managing $40,000+ ACV accounts
  • Experience collaborating closely day-to-day with Customer Success Managers
  • Desire to work from New York City headquarters after a COVID-19 vaccine is widely available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
