BASIC PURPOSE:

This position will work with the Vice President and team and assists with directing the planning, organization and implementation of recruitment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Formulates and executes territory plans and budgets that are consistent with and supportive of the company’s annual business plan. Ensures that individual and team revenue and gross profit goals are met or exceeded.
  • Track and report industry trends to achieve competitive edge in marketplace, by obtaining competitive intelligence (e.g. market share information) and industry practices in order to implement training and practices that outpace competitors.
  • Develops and executes recruiting plans and programs designed to increase sales, profits, and market share.
  • Facilitate team meetings to cascade strategic updates, process changes and skill development opportunities.
  • Assess department training needs through Recruitment Managers and performance data to develop & implement results-based training curriculum that addresses performance gaps.
  • Hold team members accountable to develop new skills and increase production through motivation, coaching and the Performance Improvement Plan process to build demonstrable confidence and skill.
  • Provide daily direction and communication to employees with continuous evaluation of processes and procedures.
  • Develop staff including coaching, counseling, recruiting, and training.
  • Work with CCS/CCL Marketing & Advertising Departments and CCL Brand Manager to find new ways to attract Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Providers via web advertising, lists, associations, and other areas as needed.
  • Accountable to overall compliance to company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze critical indicators on an ongoing basis so communicate progress towards weekly goals and metrics
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, providing subject matter expertise, relying upon depth of knowledge, system/process.
  • Effectively represent company in a leadership capacity internally and externally to include company sponsored events, meetings, conferences, and trade shows.

    REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Will be directing 12-15 Recruiters

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as effective phone presentation and strong customer service skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills via phone, writing and person to person.
    • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
    • Strong written presentation skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word. General database knowledge.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
    • Management experience in Physician, Advanced Practice, or healthcare staffing recruitment preferred.
    • Proven leadership experience.
    • 5+ years’ experience as a healthcare staffing recruiter.
    • 5+ years’ experience with utilizing ATS and capability of analyzing reports and providing any needed recommendations to improve processes
    • Previous sales and supervisory experience in a customer service focused environment, preferably healthcare
    • Demonstrated team-oriented management style
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills via phone, writing and person to person
    • Ability to motivate staff toward achievement of divisional/company goals
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
    • Broad understanding of general business with excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
    • Ability to communicate and work in a harmonious, respectful, supportive manner with all members of, Sr. Management, other Divisions and Support Departments
