Enhanced Marketing Solutions®: Marketing Project Manager

As a Marketing Project Manager with Enhanced Marketing Solutions®, you will be working on multiple real estate marketing campaigns for several clients across the country.

This position will collaborate with the Marketing Director, Project Manager, and design team to deliver all marketing materials to our clients in short timelines.

Project management, marketing strategy, media buying, and media placement are key components of this position.

Additional responsibilities include:Support Project Management team in executing marketing campaignsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyGather and maintain up-to-date information on media outlets and markets.Place media buys through online, social media, and print.Maintain a responsive working relationship with internal team members.Collaborate with team to implement paid social media advertising campaignsCompile post-campaign summary reports.Work with the project manager and marketing director to manage the project budgetsProofread materials and copywriting as needed.Assisting in writing property descriptions, ensuring copy is effective for SEO purposes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience3 years experience in account management, concentrating on marketing, media, or advertising management.Flexible and able to adapt to changeExcellent attention to detailSolid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendorsKnowledge of Social Media management platformsUnderstanding of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing practicesMust be a self-starter with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervisionTeam player, comfortable with fast-paced, changing environment and ambiguityHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as email platforms such as BombBomb or Constant Contact.Working knowledge of website platforms and analytics such as WordPress, Wix, and Google AnalyticsBasic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) writing tactics and/or an interest in learningAbout Us –Enhanced Marketing Solutions is the owned marketing services firm of United Real Estate Group.
