See something you like? Contact us today!Who we are Seeking:As Engineering Team Manager, you are an experienced software engineer who has led complex software projects. You’ll stay hands-on with code and architecture, guide a group of software engineers and ship completed projects.  As Engineering Team Manager, you are the champion of best practices for writing well-tested, well-organized, scalable code. You are able to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences to take charge of projects. What you’ll do:Lead and participate in code reviews, peer inspections, and technical design/specifications with software developersOwnership for development of application architecture and delivery of technical solutions that meet business requirementsManage formal and informal project communication amongst team and with other project participants using methods appropriate to the audience and type of communication, including customer stakeholders and technical expertsReview code and help fellow engineers grow and improveDesign and build reusable components utilized across our products (React, Redux, Javascript, Typescript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, sass)What you’ll need:You’ve led a team of software developers to deliver complex projects on time and on budgetFamiliarity with designing high scale architectural patterns, data structures, and algorithmsProfessional experience with multiple programming languagesStrong proficiency in Javascript & ES6Strong knowledge of React JS library and its core principlesExperience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)Familiarity with Microservices and APIsUsing, designing and building RESTful APIsUnderstanding or experience working on AWS hosted web applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesNice to have:Linux, DevOps, CI/CD, DockerTypescript/GraphQLPersonal:Independent, self-motivatedFluent in English, written and spokenExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsProven track record of always learning and growingAuthorized to work in the U.S. – No sponsorship opportunities at this time.Proactive attitudeDesire to be remarkable
