Job Details

Basic Function:

• Lead and manage a large team of Engineers, Planners and Designers
• Actively engage with staff and team members
• Function as Office Director for Los Angeles and Southern California
• Foster a positive and inclusive culture
• Manage the full cycle of projects across all of North America
• Recruit new staff
• Much much more!

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in Civil Engineering, Planning or Landscape Architecture
• Prior experience managing and leading large teams
• Consulting experience would be an added bonus
• Experience in developing highway safety plans and research
• Background in roadway design
• Knowledge of analysis tools, crash trees, systemic safety analysis, performance functions
• 10+ years of Civil Engineering, Planning or Landscape Architecture experience
• 10+ years of hands on design experience
• Ability to travel when deemed necessary and also safe
• Capable of engaging staff and leading
