Due to an internal move, we are looking for an Engineering Manager for a manufacturing company in Fort Wayne, IN.
Will lead team of 15-20 which includes design, manufacturing engineers, process engineers, techs.
Reports to President.
Looking for:
- BSME or BSMET
- 8+ years related experience
- Successful track record of developing team, mentoring
- Excellent customer relations
– will have face-to-face with customers - Machining, welding
– high mix/low volume - GD&T
- Strong Microsoft skills including Excel
- Ability to travel a few days each month
