Model N is seeking an innovative Program Manager who is passionate about designing and implementing programs that promote employee engagement and inclusive people practices.
The Program Manager will report to the Senior Director, Global Learning & Development.
We believe that strong employee engagement is an essential ingredient to company success, and this role will play a critical role in advancing our culture and improving how we inspire and engage our teams across the globe.
You will have a direct impact on our people-first culture by creating, building, and delivering programs that meaningfully and thoughtfully connect employees to one another and to Model N’s values and strategic imperatives.
You bring a deep understanding of the fundamentals of employee engagement, employment brand, and diversity and inclusion, as well as experience managing multiple people-focused projects at a time.
Job Responsibilities: Using strong communication and analytical skills, drive our quarterly employee experience pulse survey process, including promoting survey participation and analyzing, summarizing, and communicating survey results in order to zero-in on the most important activities that foster positive engagement across the organization.
Using strong project management skills, create and execute annual employee engagement activities including company-wide events like Employee Appreciation Day, International Women’s Day, and Bring Your Child to Work Day.
Using thoughtful communication and collaboration skills, monitor and respond to all sources of employee feedback (Glassdoor, onboarding and exit surveys) as well as identify ways to positively impact our employees’ experience at all stages.
Create the foundation for the company’s first diversity and inclusion program, including designing and launching our affinity group programs.
Create the framework for an organization-wide employee volunteer program.
Manage our annual DARE values awards nomination process.
Handle event logistics for various People programs, such as our senior leadership team meetings.
Work with other internal COEs to assess and evolve the employee experience with People programs, from onboarding to exit, that clearly reflects Model N’s values and maximizes our employment brand.
Create and project manage engagement activities (events, meetings, speaker series, etc.) designed to inspire people to drive effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration across different groups.
Stay informed on best-in-class practices and make ongoing recommendations to create a more impactful engagement experience.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR with particular emphasis in employee engagement and inclusion initiatives.
Passion for creating a best-in-class employee experience and demonstrated creativity in creating employee-focused programs that foster employee satisfaction and motivation.
Excellent project management skills; strong detail-orientation and resilience to move projects forward in the face of obstacles.
Strong analytical skills; experience using people analytics to understand problems and recommend solutions.
Experience using employee engagement survey tools, Excel, and PowerPoint to promote, collect, analyze, summarize, and communicate survey data to leaders at all levels of an organization.
Strong verbal communication and written communication skills, as well as solid facilitation and presentation skills; can design communications and build PowerPoint presentations that convey messages succinctly and, where possible, visually.
Experience handling detailed event logistics for virtual and in-person events; looks for creative ways to make meetings and events engaging and enjoyable.
Strong collaborative business acumen with the ability to connect employee engagement programs back to company objectives.
