Employee Benefits Account Manager

Client Success Manager – $65 – $80k

Supports up to 150 clients with 2-49 employees

Reports to Director of Client Services

Responsibilities include:

• Create and market RFPs
• Must have Life & Health License – Texas
• Create and present renewal presentations
• Conduct open enrollment presentation and meetings
• Create employee benefit guides, when necessary
• Ensure employer paperwork is completed and submitted within required time
• Member issue resolution
• Identify gaps in health and life insurance coverage, add new lines to fill gaps
• Identify additional opportunities to handoff to sales rep, i.e., property and casualty, 401k, payroll, HR, referrals, etc.
• Create tasks in BenefitZone to document time spent working on each client
