E-Commerce Manager

Modway

This is a Contract position in East Windsor, NJ posted February 15, 2022.

Modway supplies the furniture and design industry with products in every major furniture category.

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing the product content workflow including copy, images, print, and videos from creation to deployment in our Omnichannel marketplaces, including online and brick-and-mortar. This position is located in Modway’s Corporate Headquarters located in East Windsor, NJ.

Responsibilities:

Lead function focused on the product updates and submissions to various Omni channels marketplaces

Ensure all product submissions and listing are accurate

Onboards new Omnichannel marketplaces

Ensure product submission meets the specifications of the respective marketplaces

Manages visual collaboration tool to organize and assign projects

Provides new channel buyers with product SKU information

Approves images and reviews content from copywriters

Manages repricing tool platform and provides information to senior management

Partners with functional leaders across the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or Business
  • Two to four years experience directly managing an E-Commerce team
  • Direct experience planning evaluating and executing department objectives through others by staffing, training, coaching, and developing a team of professionals
  • Demonstrated success managing a team that executes e-commerce and third-party marketplace product information
  • Ability to communicate, delegate, and work on both a managerial and lateral level
  • Experience managing large numbers of SKU product submissions and listing updates on multiple channels
  • Effectively builds productive relationships across all functions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience in omnichannel deployment in multiple channels
  • Advanced experience in MS Access and Excel; familiarity with SQL a plus
  • Knowledge of Seller Cloud, CommerceHub, and Shopify platform required
  • Experience with EDI integrations
  • Detail-oriented
  • Result-driven
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible/adaptable to changes in directions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
