This internship will give you exposure to vendors, Item set up, negotiations, Product placement, Pricing, and much more all focused on fresh food go-to-market strategies this will provide ample learning opportunities.ResponsibilitiesSupport category management team in monitoring product movement and identifying opportunitiesMaintain a comprehensive item catalog with a keen eye for detailAssist with day-to-day merchandising to ensure a smooth shopping experienceAnalyze and generate reporting tools to review sales performanceSupport pricing optimization via reporting & analyticsDevelop and evaluate the success of in-store promotional effortsAd-hoc planogram maintenanceThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by people assigned to this work.
