District Manager

Yesway is seeking a District Manager within our gas station and convenience store business.

Yesway plans to assemble a portfolio of 400 to 600 gas stations in selected regions of the United States.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience in the gas station and convenience store industry, is excited to join our team and is passionate about taking a role in a rapidly-growing company.

Position Responsibilities: * Analyze sales results, trends and financials to organize and put plans in place to maximize sales;* Execute company sales programs;* Ensures adequate store stock levels and maintains a good merchandise presentation to maximize sales results;* Recruit, train, develop and lead a successful Store Management team;* Control key expense lines such as payroll, shrink, cash, supplies, bad merchandise, etc.; and* Maintain a high level of customer service through daily interactions with associates, vendors and customers.

Qualifications: * BA/BS degree preferred; * Two to five years multi-unit experience in a convenience environment preferred; * Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed; * Ability to travel as required and work weekends, holidays and evenings as needed; and * Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
