The DIRECTV Lead Marketing Manager is responsible for channel marketing needs in support of DIRECTV marketing initiatives.
DIRECTV Lead Marketing Manager is the foundation for short and long term marketing and strategic execution within the Consumer vertical.
This is a work from home position that can be located anywhere in the United States.
#virtualwork #virtualjob Roles and responsibilities of the DIRECTV Lead Marketing Manager include but not limited to the following: Provide marketing expertise and thought leadership in support of DIRECTV’s product and communication strategy Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.
Evaluate impact on strategic marketing planning objectives and strategies.
Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts that support sales and marketing objectives to optimize digital marketing campaigns and tactics Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.
Position self as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the discipline and an acknowledged authority within the organization Work with Marketing and external dealers to translate consumer needs into a superior and differentiated product strategy Efficiently and effectively manage multiple interrelated and complex data information sources Support routine and adhoc information needs from multiple internal and external clients Collaborate and efficiently manage associated efforts of non-direct resources within and outside of DIRECTV DIRECTV will consider for employment qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of federal, state, and local laws Required Skills and Experience: Five or more years Product Marketing experience within relevant industry and/or vertical Team oriented ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams Strong organizational and project management skills, able to plan, meet deadlines, prioritize projects, and manage a cross-functional team.
Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills, experience with detailed quantitative analyses Ability to rapidly analyze and update reports with new data Excellent project management skills required including ability to set and meet tight deliverables for multiple simultaneous projects while assuring accuracy and consistency in deliverables Leadership skills to shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy Proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook Outstanding written and oral communication skills Ability to distill and communicate findings into concise language and draw fact-based conclusions and recommendations Ability to articulate needs and influence changes in multiple external and internal groups, through the use of data-driven analysis Collaborative working style, strong listening skills, with ability to incorporate multiple viewpoints into discussion and decision making Ability to establish rapport with Client, credibility and positive working relationship with all stakeholders including suppliers and internal clients at all organizational levels Ability to troubleshoot and resolve stakeholder problems/issues/concerns Proven ability to drive results Must be able to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
Desired Skills, Experience and Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration or Business MBA Our Lead Marketing Managers earn between $77,100-$154,200.
