Director Workplace Equality

Establishing global goals and priorities, developing strategies, plans, and processes, building capabilities, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring communications are maintained with appropriate business partners Collaborating with HR team members to ensure Workplace Equality programs are integrated with Diversity & Inclusion strategies and initiatives Managing and directing internal workplace fairness monitoring processes, including global adverse impact and pay equity analyses Creating and updating global HR compliance policies, practices, and procedures to address key workplace equality and compliance concerns, and recommending HR policy development or revision, education, and training to improve processes and mitigate against future issues Oversight for managing and directing the affirmative action program Preparing Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) for each Company establishment Preparing annual EEO-1 and VETS100A filings Providing training and support to the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition groups regarding affirmative action requirements and AAP reports and goals Developing and conducting internal auditing and reporting to monitor progress against AAP goals and identify potential adverse impact analysis in personnel activities Managing OFCCP establishment audits Partnering with and serving as a resource and advisor to HR business partners, Global Ventures and System partners on HR policy and compliance related matters Working with key external partners (ILO, IOE, governments, etc.) to identify and/or collaborate on any new compliance or regulation requirements in different geographies Conducting escalated, highly sensitive and legal investigations and drafting investigative summaries and responses to EEOC and analogous state agency charges or Solutions mediation requests Managing labor law compliance postings and communications for company locations Monitoring vendor performance to ensure quality and value of service delivered meets Company standards Education Requirements: Bachelors degree required Doctorate/JD/Ph.D./MD preferred Related Work Experience: 9 years or more of relevant experience Functional Skills: Change Management: Ability to affect organizational change, with others, the right way Stakeholder Management: Proactively create and maintain strategic relationships Team Leader: Drive results through small team of experts and extended teams across HR and the Business Judgement and Decision Making: Ability to make fair, balanced, objective decisions Adapts Positively to Stressful Situations: Takes initiative to manage conflict, flexible and resilient and recovers quickly from setbacks Collaborative: Creates and effective team environment Ability to Advise and Communicate Complex Information: Communicates concerns based on analyses and advises recommended actions to ensure Business is compliant with all federal, state and global requirements
