Job Summary: The Director of Strategic Partner Programs and Sales Operations will lead key Partner relationships and own the revenue, cost and margin to ensure that we maximize our profitability with the partner programs.
This role will support the sales organization with a vast variety of projects, reporting, and customer support inquires.
The ideal candidate will partner across the business to drive continual cost efficiencies, sales performance, and operational improvements and will assist with strategic partner program operations.
This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Inside Sales and Sales Operations.
Essential Job Functions: Engage with key strategic partners to maximize performance by creating and monitoring key performance indicators.
Will perform all forecasting and analysis for these key relationships.
Communicates consistently, quickly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure key vendor partner bookings, revenue, cost, margin and supporting documentation is correct and open items are resolved in a timely manner Maintains an audit trail of the entire vendor program process.
Ensures vendor partner program parameters are executed in alignment with the customer’s, vendor’s or partner’s Contractual Agreement and programs as applicable for our large key strategic accounts.
Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial, competitive, sales, marketing, and other information about customers, new markets, competitive offerings; or other business opportunities so the sales team has accurate and timely information to make strategic and operational decisions.
Maintain, manage and enhance Salesforce data integrity to include companies, opportunities and contacts to ensure clear and effective communication between the sales team and clients Oversee partner program management; build strong relationships with strategic partner program vendors; First point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving program operations and system challenges Assist and manage development of an effective sales compensation plan that rewards the behaviors the organization needs to promote; Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Sales to develop sales initiative programs Create and maintain Sales Department policies procedures, training manuals and sales-related resource material Assist with the onboarding and training process of new Sales Representatives Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and KPI’s Providing models and organizing statistical studies for the Sales Department Develop analytical tools for the sales team, and responsible for upkeep of sales reports Act as first point of contact for all seller/management reporting requests and support Assist and support leadership team with pipeline management, win/loss intelligence, goal attainment and productivity Partner with sales leaders to create and maintain sales booking and forecasting models and data Analyze bookings and recurring revenue results and provides explanations for variances to forecasts Build relationships with sales team/provide quality customer service Understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives Participate in weekly, quarterly, and annual sales planning by preparing and supporting the delivery of specific sales requirements Consistently integrates Allbridge’s core values into their everyday habits by treating all customers, internal and external, professionally, honestly and respectfully Accepts ownership and responsibility of position responsibilities and strives to deliver results for customers that establish high standards, credibility and quality performance Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management Required Qualifications: Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field Five (5) years
– experience with strategic partner programs, partner models, and partner engagement Five (5) years
– Revenue & Margin cycle end to end experience Experience in a project administration or management role within the construction industry a plus Experience in a software, SaaS, and managed services environment Proficiency with SalesForce, NetSuite and Microsoft Office A result and success-oriented attitude Skilled in partner programs; including reconciliation, reporting, and analysis Excellent oral and written skills required Self-starter with a knack for being meticulous, detail oriented, and organized Proficient in MS Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables, file merge, etc.) Ability to assimilate information from a variety of sources in a clear and concise manner Strong customer service skills Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Ability to engage with senior/middle management level Expertise in using Process and Six Sigma methodology An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly and accepting manner Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking Some travel required
