We are Loadsmart and we have recently created a new Director, SaaS Sales, Logistics Scheduling Products.
We are a Series C-funded logistic technology company that has increased our revenue by 200% year over year, led by a leadership team of logistics veterans and experienced engineers, product leaders and data scientists continuing to disrupt this $800 billion industry.
Loadsmart is looking for Director to help lead and grow a sales team focused on both enterprise and SMB markets for some of our newly developed and/or acquired products.
In this role you’ll lead and oversee a growing team of Enterprises Sales Managers, Digital Sales Reps and Sales Development Reps.
From day one, you will leverage your industry knowledge, sales leadership, and high energy to help with lead generation and closing business.
You will obsess over customer acquisition, establishing market share and developing your team as highly effective and productive sales professionals while having fun along the way!
Reporting to : Tim Evans, Vice President, Sales
Location : US Remote; our HQ is Chicago but this role can be based anywhere in the US with travel expected to increase eventually
