Learn more at www.Verint.com. Verint is looking for a highly motivated Director of Program Management to support the global marketing organization. As a strategic leader, you will effectively partner with the marketing team and the broader organization, provide thought leadership and oversight on strategic initiatives, and serve as a consultant on numerous business topics across the marketing team. In this role, you will also work on cross-functional strategic initiatives that involve marketing as well as other functional areas in the organization. This role is a strategic and trusted advisor to the marketing leadership team and the candidate will establish communication rhythms and will support the team in the development and execution of annual goals, planning, and measurements. This professional will leverage strategic planning and advisory skills to enhance the overall marketing function. Supported by a small team, this person will also manage the budget for the broader marketing organization and go-to-market operations. Job Responsibilities: + Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvement opportunities and seek ways to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. + Act as a trusted advisor and domain expert on program and project management across the marketing team. + Lead the integration effort for acquisitions for marketing. + Execute a clear and concise communication strategy regarding strategic initiatives to both business and technical stakeholders in marketing. + Lead strategic planning for the marketing team including the QBR process. Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, business, or equivalent experience. + Minimum of eight years of management experience with a progressive increase of responsibility, coupled with twelve years of overall experience. + Expert program leadership skills to manage multiple, diverse marketing programs and initiatives. + Highly collaborative working style at both the strategic and tactical levels to work with key stakeholders across the marketing team. + Ability to effectively communicate with executive level managers where project risk is substantial and communication requirements are highly complex. + Detail-oriented, skilled at leading multiple programs or initiatives at the same time + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Experience in change management principles and their application. + Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations. Preferred requirements + Experience working at a SaaS company. + Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
