Reporting to the VP Procure to Pay, this is an ideal opportunity for someone with a track record of eProcurement domain expertise, business/client acument, and market analysis skills who is passionate about developing GTM solutions.
Responsibilities
Creates and manages the short-term and long-term business roadmap for Procurement (Req-2-PO), Contracts, Services Procurement and supporting Analytics.
Designs and implements mechanisms to scale the GTM and Product business model
Collaborates with key cross-functional teams, including commercial, product, engineering, and finance teams in determining product launch plans and product range
Engages with the client community and serves as the Voice of the Customer internally
Engage with the analyst community, develops and maintains an in-depth market and competitive landscape knowledge and serve as product champion to external stakeholders
Research market and competitors to determine most compelling product specifications and pricing
Creates and documents product specification details and communicates final specs and pricing to internal stakeholders
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior management and tech team
Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in either SaaS and/or Procurement/FinTech industry.
At least 7 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
Strong background in B2B Procurement or eCommerce market and software packages, such as SAP/Ariba, Coupa, iValua, Oracle/PeopleSoft.
Computer Science, MIS, or Business Bachelor’s Degree or applicable experience.
Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
Comfortable speaking, presenting and demoing to clients/prospects, industry events and conferences.
Implementation experience (functional or technical) in Procurement, Spend Management or Supply Chain software solutions.
Technical background and understanding of technology stacks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to multitask.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Proven ability to thrive and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment and solve problems quickly.
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills with emphasis on being a self-starter.
