If you’re our ideal candidate, you have 8+  years of progressive, hands-on product management experience developing mobile and web products in both a D2C and B2B2C environment.

You have proven leadership and team-building skills in both large and small R+D organizations but continue to thrive in the weeds of high impact product management.

This position reports to the  VP of Product Management, Product Lines.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the  VP of Product Lines, define a multi
  – year product  strategy and roadmap for your product line(s) that expertly balances growth with reinforcing our existing commitments to clients and users 
• Serve as an internal and external expert on the full picture for the product line, including performance, competitive analysis, market positioning, user needs, and features
• Lead and grow a team of product manager ICs to increase your team’s impact, while supporting their personal skills and career development 
• Travel up to 20% of each month (Teladoc is currently doing minimal travel due to COVID-19)

Candidate Profile

• A passion for shaping consumer oriented virtual care and helping people live healthier
• 8+  years progressive software product management experience in a mix of D2C and B2B2C 
• Experience leading or significantly contributing to a mature product line with a large number of users, clients, and revenue
• Experience in “0 to 1” product discovery, development, and G2M 
• Experience building and leading high functioning teams, with direct report experience required 
• Existing “t-shaped” expertise in healthcare (general industry awareness with deep expertise or interest in one specific area) and a commitment to continuing grow expertise in this complex healthcare market 
• Experience closely partnering with clinical colleagues and stakeholders, design, data science, and engineering 
• Excellent communication skills, including with Executive audiences
• An awareness of the strengths, weaknesses and constraints of popular technologies and mediums
