Marketing & PACS platform services is one of the critical service hubs.
The Director of Service Development – PACS Liaison role will own and nurture the relationship between PACS Services hub and PACS (Central and OU).
nn nn What You’ll Do for Us: nn nn Manage daily operational requirements from our client partners as it relates to services offered by the PACS Services hub, accountable for relevant operational processes and routines nn nn Become the reliable point of contact for PACS (Central and OU) that is required to establish a strong business relationship; strengthen relationships across the network and steward the PACS services eco system .
Partners with the PACS Services leader and team.
nn nn Execute the change management and liaison strategy of the PACS service hub with PACS .
Implement, curate, and track performance of diverse portfolio of PACS services.
He/she will define and standardize service delivery and processes (including performance/quality tracking, team/work design, routines, etc.).
Will manage relationship and engagement with both new and existing suppliers/vendors where relevant.
Will orchestrate multiple stakeholders in a seamless fashion across platforms, systems, processes, routines etc.
Will mobilize and champion change management across geographies and teams.
nn nn Oversees the execution of global end-to-end service delivery strategy and governance with dedicated client group; identifies improvement opportunities; makes recommendation; partners with PACS to ensure global efficiencies and effectiveness for plan design strategy, plan governance etc.; acts in a lead consultative and project management role to define and implement service delivery.
nn nn Qualifications & Requirements: nn nn Functional Skills: nn nn PACS Knowledge: Understand TCCC way of PACS and related processes and tools. nn nn Cross Functional Relationships: Knowledge of and ability to articulate to senior management the benefits of supporting cross-functional objectives to achieve the business plan. nn nn Global/Cultural Knowledge: Knowledge of cultural differences in different regions or countries that might impact or limit the effectiveness of marketing service strategies nn nn Independent Point of View: Knowledge of the external environment in which the Company’s business is conducted.
Includes ability to offer a broad perspective that extends beyond a particular functional discipline (e.g., marketing, finance) and draw upon knowledge that comes from frequent interaction with different departments, employees and sources and constituencies outside of the Company. nn nn Network/Resources: Ability to develop diverse network/resources to leverage “best in class” knowledge, approaches and processes. nn nn Vendor Management: The ability to evaluate and ensure that vendor performance meets or exceeds defined performance standards and adheres to overall company policies and procedures. nn nn Related Work Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience.
The required focus is on the relevance of the recent work they’ve done as it pertains to this role.
Needs to have experience working across teams and geographies in a complex, global environment leading or leveraging teams of internal and external resources.
Experience in a global role preferred.
Ideally needs to have worked in roles that have developed both strategic and operations capability.
Change management experience will be an advantage.
