Director of Sales – Film

We have been engaged by a prominent packaging company to help find a Director of Sales for their food film division.
This role is a newly created one due to extensive growth.
In this position you will manage 7-8 film sales reps and train them on applications, closing, new business development etc…
You will help with goals, forecasting and budgets for your division.
The company wants a specialist in film for this role in thermoforming or tray sealing film or lidding films, other films such as shrink will not be considered.
The team is fairly new and needs some extensive training to be at the level to gain market share they want to be at.
The film division is a newer part of this company’s offering and they have the financial support backing them; they just need the film specialist leader to help take them to the next level.
Strong motivational and educational leadership style is what they desire.

Candidates should have a very precise schedule and personal process for managing and training a team and be able to clearly deliver that during the interview process.
Relocation may be required.
There are currently 5 possible locations for someone to be located in.
