nnAs the Director of Resident Services for a luxury high-rise condominium, this position requires an enthusiastic, highly polished professional who is experienced in providing outstanding customer service at the highest quality level and is able to build relationships with residents and external trades and businesses locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
The Director will serve as an Ambassador for the property, managing multiple projects and work assignments simultaneously within a designated budget, both short term and long term. Position ResponsibilitiesAct as the face of the property and Ambassador for residents and staff in accordance to the brand standards set forth for Museum Tower.Build a personal rapport/trust with all homeowners at the time of Orientation and throughout their residence, understanding likes/dislikes, personal preference and priorities relative to their high-rise living expectations at Museum Tower.Responsible for managing multiple projects and work assignments simultaneously.Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to speak to all levels of clientele.
Must have good listening skills with the ability to anticipate needs even before inquiry or request from Residence Owners.Possess excellent computer skills.
Have impeccable written communication skills.
Be able to produce a weekly email notice as well as monthly newsletter and calendar.
Must have a competent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic computer skills.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Responsible for planning special events, tours, scheduling time tables and itineraries, domestically and internationally.Possess superior customer service skills, good common sense and the ability to creatively think on ones feet and have high expectations for quality.Must have strong discipline, be able to work independently and accomplish projects with little supervision.Responsible for supervising and scheduling the Butler/Bartender staff for special events/residential events and coordinating operational needs/staffing through the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.Responsible for networking with local restaurants, theaters, museums, sporting venues, etc., in order to provide Residence Owners with preferred tickets/theater seats, last minute and/or difficult restaurant reservations, invitations to openings of new city venues or sold-out events.
Also responsible for building relationships with reputable tour and transportation services to coordinate unique/customized offers of travel i.e.
hunting/gaming, golf, biking/hiking, sailing/cruises, wine tasting and cooking.Responsible for coordinating unique in-house services and events such as personal shopping services, grocery delivery, pet walking/spa services, in-house speakers/personal trainers game instructors (Bocce ball, Texas holdem/poker, 42, dominos) including tournaments as well as local Chef Tastings and gallery artist showings, ballroom dancing and painting lessons.
Arranging medical care referrals on-site/off-site, including Health/Wellness courses/lectures with local/national specialists.Will assist with personal event planning, arrange or provide referrals on transportation, business services or entertainment and will assist General Manager and Assistant General Manager with creating reputable Preferred Vendor List.Coordinate seasonal in-house services/events with creative and unique touches which represent the lifestyle experience of Museum Tower i.e.
Holiday gift wrapping, Easter egg hunts, Kentucky Derby Party, Cinco de Mayo, opening/closing of pool season, etc.Assist with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to board of directors for each event project.Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting and prepare and modify event vendor contracts.Hold weekly update and planning meeting with direct report and General Managernn
