Primary Responsibilities:
” Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Medicare and Medicaid prospective payment software product lines ” Work with clients to understand needed software enhancements ” Troubleshoot and respond to regulatory and product inquiries from clients ” Resolve and/or escalate product issues in a timely fashion ” Lead and coordinate the regulatory activities for all Medicare and Medicaid prospective payment software products including inquiries to government agencies ” Work with business analysts and product managers to ensure that regulatory changes and enhancements are properly implemented in software products ” Review end user documentation created by technical writers to ensure regulatory accuracy ” Manage and mentor a team of 4 regulatory and product SMEs ” Develop other leaders within the team while serving as a role model ” Facilitate team meetings effectively ” Effectively communicate regulatory and product information to superiors ” Respond/act on upper-management direction “

Required Qualifications:
” Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics or science ” 4+ years experience with prospective payment methodologies ” Superior interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills ” Strong verbal and written communication skills ” If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.

When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas.

” Direct EASYGroup software experience highly desirable ” Competent understanding of technical architectures, including Web Services “

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $110,200 to $211,700.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
