Staff Grabbers is exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing $2B technology / software company on a Director of Program Management search.
The role is newly created due to growth and a recent acquisition.
Reporting to the VP of Product, this Director will be spearhead programs & initiatives related to go-to-market strategy, product commercialization and new product launches.
It’s a highly visible role that will influence and present to VPs, EVPs and GMs.
It also works cross functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing Engineering, to bring them into alignment.
This is a fully remote opportunity for someone in the EST time zone.
Compensation depends on experience but includes base, bonus + equity.
This is a 200K+ total package opportunity.
The ideal candidate is a strong Program Lead with experience driving enterprise programs at a software company but who wants a progressive next step supporting critical Go-To-Market strategies.

Responsibilities:
Spearhead successful product launches by working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and other internal teams.
Create alignment throughout the organization on the Go-To-Market strategy
Help drive ROI for the product line and ensure all objectives and KPIs are defined & measured
Present to Senior Executives on the status, risks to the launch, growth opportunities, etc.
Support all stages of the product lifecycle to enable growth of new and existing products in multiple market segments.
Build and maintain a healthy understanding of user needs, the buyer journey, sales cycle, etc.
This role will also contribute to ad-hoc pricing research, competitor analysis, market research, product positioning, customer research, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required (MBA and/or certifications a plus)
At least 8+ years of Program Management experience
Prior experience with GTM strategies is nice to have but NOT required
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Seeking someone strategic, hands-on, and comfortable around Senior Executives.
This person must be comfortable in a visible and influential position.
Prior experience with software, SaaS or technology companies required
