As the Director of Memory Care and department leader for this tech, luxury Assisted Living & Memory Care community, you will facilitate and lead the resident care team within the department; this includes supporting the designated care managers throughout the community, recruiting, hiring, training and coaching a high-quality team.

Requirements Licensed LVN/LPN/RN Knowledge of Title-22 Three (3) years experience preferred in memory care, working specifically with Dementia, Alzheimer’s and cognitively impaired residents.
Three (3) years of supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counselling Key Attributes our Client is looking for: Director of Memory Care Alzheimer’s Dementia Care Training and/or Credentials
