What will you do in this role?
The Director of Marketing leads a multi-functional marketing service team supporting our homebuilding divisions and Oakwood affiliated companies.
The Support Center Marketing Team operates as an in-house agency for the Oakwood enterprise.
This role leads operations and strategy for a team consisting of a Creative & Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, Senior Graphic Designer, and two additional Graphic Designers.
The company marketing mission is to drive qualified leads and the support team offers the tools, strategy, best practices, and expertise to achieve this.
This role will be accountable for the overall marketing operations, vision, strategy, and brand development and work closely with executive leadership and operating divisions to align on Marketing initiatives and goals.
Including social media strategy and online reputation.
Includes monitoring the completion success rate of marketing requests and on-target output of deliverables to our stakeholders.
You might also have:
MBA preferred.
Must possess the ability to coach, mentor and lead a diverse staff to deliver best in class services to our clients.
Demonstrated experience with Adobe graphics programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) is a plus.
