– Hire Washington, MO Onsite $140,000
– $160,000 salary with benefits, bonus, and relocation assistance (if necessary) Bachelors Degree Preferred Industry: eCommerce, B2C sales
Job Summary:
Responsible for overall Application and Technology Lifecycle Management, strategic development, management and operations of applications and IT services Responsible for local infrastructure and technical operations including helpdesk support sites Provide leadership, manage strategic and tactical planning, manage vendor relationships and contracts, project coordination, development of infrastructure and application solutions Contributes to development and execution of enterprise wide IT strategy and delivery of compelling business value
Key Responsibilities:
Defines and executes the vision and strategy of IT applications and services Provides leadership, vision and direction to the organization and its goals.
Development and support of enterprise technology standards, governance processes and performance metrics.
Builds successful stakeholder relationships Work closely together with Business system owners and key users Develops and controls the annual IT budget Design and management of a comprehensive and integrated ITSM landscape Manage personnel and continuously assess and address new needs Manages external vendors and contractual agreements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in computer science preferred (or equivalent work experience in eCommerce/B2C industry) Experience in leading IT transformation in a direct-to-consumer (D2C/B2C) business context.
15+ years experience working with IT (infrastructure and applications) 10+ years of management and leadership experience Experience working at an executive level (Director, VP, CIO) The following experience or mix of experience is highly preferred: Application implementation (ERP/CRM/Financials) Call Center systems Data privacy, HIPAA, CCPA Business Process optimization, RPA Integrations, middleware, SOA, EA
