Direct communication content, initiatives, print processes and workflow for store distribution.
Support the Store Support Center to ensure the field receives the information they need to successfully achieve their sales and exceptional customer experience objectives.
Provide oversight and analysis of store flow strategies and direction regarding merchandise attribution.
Responsibilities Creates and implements a strategic communication and education plan to support the business and field needs.
Leads the communication and education team to ensure that all communications and education is relevant, compelling, customer focused on strategy, high quality and produces results.
Establishes metrics to measure success and to continuously improve in this area.
Develops a standardized process to filter workload for stores to ensure only essential timely communication/ projects are delivered.
Leads the communication and education teams to ensure communication/ education is timely clear, concise, and delivers information in a way that can be interpreted and acted upon easily.
Collaborates with key Merchandise Business Partners, Marketing, Human Resources and other support Center functions in order to participate in corporate merchandise strategies.
Additionally partners with Merchandise planning and analysis to ensure store flow strategies and direction enhances Merchandise attribution.
Leads, develops and motivates people and teams and collaborates with cross functional teams to provide direction that is critical to our business needs.
Collaborates with the Director of Visual Merchandising in the execution of corporate planogram process and provides production and distribution support to the creative design teams on all materials provided to the stores.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business or related Field preferred 6 years of relevant and progressive experience in store leadership and/or training; within specialty retail industry preferred Excellent verbal communication, written communication, coaching, facilitation and presentation skills Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, web-browsers Flexible schedule
– some evenings and weekends may be required; ability to travel as needed (up to 90%) a strong advocate for the filed.
