Director of Facilities/Safety Officer SummaryThe Director of Facilities/Safety Officer is responsible for the overall management of facilities of Taylor Regional Hospital. Plans, organizes, supervises, coordinates, and controls the activities of the building operations and maintenance functions to assure all are in proper state of operation and safety. Ensures a comfortable, healthy and safe environment is provided for patients, visitors, and staff. Oversees contractual maintenance services, assists with equipment selection, and procurement to support operations, renovation projects, and future expansion. Serves as the designed Safety Officer for TRH and is chairperson of the TRH Safety Committee. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.This position requires a current and ongoing Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) status.
