As Sr.

Director of Enterprise Portfolio, you will be accountable for the team that is responsible for the strategy, process and products powering the comprehensive view of Global Technology work.

The role requires a leader with experience owning a portfolio, leading transformation, and moving quickly to deliver value.

You will work alongside an active community of senior leaders and executives, collaborating on direction, strategy, prioritization, ongoing management and implementation of a dynamic portfolio management system.

This roles requires a senior leader with a strong bias toward action and a proven track record of creating clarity and ensuring delivery in the midst of ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
• Grow and support a team of portfolio experts
• Influence and collaborate with cross functional teams to drive consistency, standards
• Lead the strategic implementation of a global portfolio function and tooling
• Modernize the activities and processes supporting portfolio
• Establish a collaborative culture and approach with stakeholders
• Create and deliver a portfolio intake system capable of scaling to support our business
• Partner with Business Partners, Strategy and Finance and Human Resources to ensure consistent messaging and open lines of communication Competencies:

• Functional knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management theory
• Knowledge of technological landscape

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.

• Critical problem solver, with the ability to break down and simplify ambiguous problems into executable milestones & actions
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to present and communicate to senior, high profile leaders
• Shown ability to craft and articulate compelling presentations with engaging storytelling to inform strategies and recommendations
• Progressive history of building and cultivating high performing teams
• Strong team orientation, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence across the NIKE matrix to deliver project milestones
• Deliver results independently and comfortably as a pro-active self-starter who can work comfortably with minimal direction
• History of leading cross-functional teams, provide project management expertise, and ability to lead multiple projects at once NIKE, Inc.
