The Director of Cyber Security for this high-impact role has a broad technology and security background providing leadership, guidance and overall strategic planning, directing and organizing activities of the Cyber Security and Data Protection team.
The role has primary accountability for performance, results and financial impact.
Scope of the role includes: enterprise risk management, monitoring and forensics, data privacy and protection and internet governance.
Provides leadership and direction through senior managers.
Drives long term strategies, plans and methods within Cyber Security and Data Protection that will be responsive to the business and are aligning with the goals and objectives of the greater information technology team.
Serves as a thought leader to Delaware North Companies in the development, implementation and maintenance of cyber security and data protection issues.
Ensures the execution of results performance within the function through effective decision making accountability, cooperation, ethics and teamwork.
Builds collaborative relationships from the center of the enterprise, across functions and with external partners through effective influencing and negotiation skills.
Required education, experience, and skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration CISSP, Certified information Security Manager, Certified Information Systems Auditor 10 years total information security experience with 5 years management experience.
Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, manage competing agendas and priorities and translate complex information across internal and external audiences Demonstrated expertise in regulatory and compliance regulations, including Payment Card Industry (PCI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in multi-platform environments.
20% Travel as required by business need.
