The Director of Critical Care, Emergency Services, and Cath Lab will be leading a talented inpatient and will provide leadership to various Nurse Supervisors, Clinical Coordinators, Charge Nurses, Certified Critical Care RNs, and other healthcare professionals. The Director of Critical Care, Emergency Services, and Cath Lab at this advanced Level II Trauma Center will act as the Chief Nursing Officer’s right-hand man. Responsibilities in this role include day-to-day clinical operations, resource management, budgetary oversight, collaboration with over department leaders, and participating in direct care as needed to ensure the highest level of patient care is delivered. Leadership experience in the Emergency Department and Critical Care Services will make for the ideal Nurse Director.
