Job Summary
We are currently hiring a Director of Business Development for our team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives in our community. This is a remote, individual contributor role driving top line revenue and growth of Total Talent Workforce Solutions through pipeline management and the successful execution of the direct sales cycle. Responsible for leading all aspects of the sales cycle for local, regional, and enterprise MSP and/or RPO opportunities, Payrolling Services, Independent Contractor Validation and Compliance Management, and/or Services Procurement/SOW programs within assigned geography(s).
Essential Duties
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
As an Individual Contributor, design and sell SMB and Enterprise Managed Service Programs (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Employer of Record – Payrolling Services (EOR), Agent of Record IC/1099 Validation and Compliance Management (AOR), and Services Procurement (SOW) programs by geography to drive sales growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities include pipeline development and management, with direct involvement in the process from qualification to solution design and presentation, including but not limited to the creation of all customer deliverables throughout down selection process; establishing strategic methodologies for presentation, and leading all related internal/external scheduling. In addition, management of pricing and contract negotiation, from creation to execution. Must be comfortable gaining access to and working directly with varied leadership, from C-level Executives and senior leadership in Procurement and Human Resources
Contribute to the development, execution and follow-thru of a variety of marketing initiatives to support designated geography to maintain penetration to appropriate customers. These may include drip campaigns, industry specific papers, and multi-channel media content.
