The Director, Marketing Technology & Analytics will support the rapidly advancing digital capabilities of Broadridges marketing organization.
This role reports to the VP of Digital Marketing.

About You
Technology delivery: Youre a technology delivery pro.
You will raise our technical excellence and deliver efficiency through requirements-first analysis, resource planning and allocation, world-class project management, and roadmaps tied to business needs.
Team leader and mentor: Youve led technology experts, project managers/BAs, and youve trained individuals who are just starting their career journey.
Solution architect: You have a deep understanding of marketing technologies and integrations.
Youre as comfortable developing an enterprise architecture as you are developing a single integration point.
Business outcomes: You understand the business outcomes that B2B marketing technologies enable.
You understand how to optimize the technology systems for value.
Marketing analytics: From dashboards and reports to marketing attribution models and deep-dive analyses, you have a point of view on how marketing should measure performance at different steps in the journey and for different audiences.

You know how to keep the trains running on time while achieving transformational objectives.
Hands-on specialist: You roll up your sleeves to get things done and provide hands-on training to help team members develop new skills and expertise.

Responsibilities
Define a marketing technology and analytics strategy tied to business outcomes Underpin that strategy with an operating model to translate strategy into operational capabilities (technology, processes, resources, governance, etc.) Technology ownership of Google Analytics and Segment (CDP); Eloqua marketing automation; event technologies, including Cvent, On24, and Integrate; Power BI; and the broader MarTech stack Take an integrated approach across the digital marketing team to planning, implementation, and execution Lead the organizations marketing analytics capabilities Train, mentor and develop team members
Experience
8+ years of relevant work experience in fields such as B2B product marketing and/or demand generation (preferably in SaaS products) Ability to easily transition from high level critical thinking to creative and detailed execution Experience supervising matrixed staff with the ability to use non-directs to complete tasks Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex issues, navigating different levels of management and different levels of fluency in data/technology Ability in launching and growing innovative technology products Strong background in PII, GDPR, marketing consent data management and governance Experience in advanced analytics for account-based marketing Consistent track record in working with all GTM functions product management, marketing, sales, customer experience Demonstrated people leadership experience (setting priorities, developing roles and responsibilities) A career path that demonstrates growing levels of responsibility
Skills
Experience leading any/all of the following marketing/sales tools: marketing automation, webinar and event technologies, customer data platform (CDP), web analytics and tagging, BI tools, and CRM Experience with teams successfully adopting Agile/Scrum methodology or similar project management approaches Ability to inspire and empower others to be their best Ability to work independently and autonomously
