DIRECTOR, HR OPERATIONS & ANALYTICS

OVERVIEW

As a member of the HR leadership team, the Director, HR Operations & Analytics, is responsible for setting the strategic vision and execution plan across HR Operations, HR Systems, Analytics, and Payroll.

The Director, HR Operations & Analytics plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, efficient, compliant, and digital operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Operations:

• Responsible for identifying solutions and needs across HR department and Maisons to define strategic roadmap and execution plans to ensure streamlined, compliant, and digital operations.

Ability to manage resources, budget, and timelines as well as ensure communication across stakeholders/leadership.

• Provide project management across HR projects/initiatives.

• Oversight of bi-annual controls.

HR Systems:

• Responsible for leading level 1(L1) support across HR systems – provide final decisions on system governance and maintenance across SAP HR and Dayforce to ensure systems governance and accurate reporting/analytics.

• Responsible for defining new strategic HR systems support model and transition support.

• Oversight of HR systems segregation of duties.

HR Analytics:

• Responsible for HR analytics execution.

• Maintenance of core HR data structure
– lead team to partner with HRBPs to define and maintain core HR data.

• Definition and delivery of core HR analytics strategy

Payroll:

• Oversee Payroll operations and support to ensure processes, controls, and system management are accurate, efficient, and align to needs of operations.

• Responsible for bi-weekly and bi
– annual payroll review and controls.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree and/or certification a plus

• HR Professional with at least 8-10 years of experience in HR/Management in HR Operations with Payroll support

Technical Skills/Abilities:

• Familiarity with US Federal and State HR compliance regulations

• Familiarity/exposure to SAP HR or similar HCM system in preferred

• Experience using reporting/query tools and data management tools preferably SuccessFactors, ADP, ATS

• Understanding of core HR processes, tools, and data structures

• Advanced PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, Outlook skills

Personal Skills:

• Must be able to handle matters of a confidential nature with the utmost professionalism and discretion

• Innate teacher with excellent with strong interpersonal skills in communicating with employees at all levels in the organization, including vertical and horizontal influencing, collaboration, and relationship-building across functions

TRAVEL

RNA is based in Manhattan with offices in Midtown.

Some functional team members are based in Shelton, CT.

The RNA distribution centre, customer service center and client relationship center are located in Dallas, TX.

Periodic travel to and between these locations will be required.

Occasional travel to Richemont’s headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, will also be required.
