KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Risk Strategy & Compliance
– Forensics for our Risk Advisory Solutions practice.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a core analytics methodology that can be implemented in supporting KPMGs eDiscovery and investigations matters Stay current on the latest analytical trends and further enhance KPMGs analytics methodology associated with eDiscovery and investigations matters Supervise Forensic Technology team members with developing proficiency in utilizing various tools available for analytics based on KPMGs core analytics methodology Manage client engagements to ensure proper delivery of services and meeting client expectations Advise clients on document review workflows using various document analytics solutions and create dashboards and analytic visualizations to answer and solve client issues; provide clients with feedback on analytics findings, and advising clients on best courses of action Identify and lead processes and quality improvement initiatives including post-project analysis; supervise Forensic Technology team members with developing proficiency in utilizing various tools available for analytics based on KPMGs core analytics methodology Qualifications: A minimum of five years of experience working as a Project Manager in the legal industry and significant experience with litigation support and e-discovery processes in large-scale litigation including collection, processing, review, and production Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent related work experience Significant experience with hosted document review applications including management and execution of complex review workflow support Proficiency using Microsoft SQL and Access databases Strong commitment to client services delivery Excellent analytical, research, statistical sampling, and quantitative skills Ability to travel as necessary Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
