Director, Digital

Revlon

This is a Full-time position in New York, NY posted April 22, 2021.

Ownership of all existing and future digital channels (including but not limited to owned brand.com, B2B and B2C e-commerce, digital media, social, mobile etc) Oversees the strategy and creation of digital content and growth of digital media platforms and communities Creates the strategy and implementation of how digital content integrates into the overall marketing and communications strategy Partners with Brand Managers, Paid Media Leads, PR, Influencer, and ad agencies to plan quarterly and monthly digital and social content needs Develops digital and campaign specific KPIs and benchmarks in partnership with the analytics team, brand managers and channel owners to achieve and bypass brand goals and objectives Leads the brand’s social program, guiding the strategic plan that outlines the objectives, goals, strategies and tactics across all social channels Owns and manages the content creation process across social channels with the social content lead Works closely with the PR and Influencer managers in how PR and influencer content is integrated across digital channels Creates a monthly editorial content calendar across digital channels at the local level Sets production schedules and is responsible for assisting the team with the creation of digital content (ex.

static, animated and short-video content) in partnership with the Manager or Brand Content Management & Planning Strong e-commerce background with experience leading owned and operated commerce platforms, as well as leading third-party commerce platforms (e.g.

Amazon).

Demonstrated ability to create innovative and engaging social media platforms which drive awareness to our Revlon products Strong strategic background creating and implementing successful media and marketing campaigns.

Ability to drive marketing plans to new markets through integration of new social media outlets.

Demonstrated ability to view future trends in digital and social media platforms to effectively keep Revlon’s media strategy engaging and forward thinking in the consistently changing marketplace Demonstrated ability to show accountability of Digital Strategy and it’s direct impact on the business Demonstrated clear, direct communication style, with the ability to lead and educate Senior Management on current and future digital trends Ability to both analyze digital trends and drive consumer feedback as well as execute against it and take actionable steps
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree 10+ years; experience in digital marketing and commerce Experience across multiple digital channels, included but not limited to .com, e-commerce, digital media, social, mobile and more Content planning and management Prior experience in beauty industry preferred
