The Finance HR team is dedicated to enabling the Finance organization through building business capabilities through talent activation, organizational design, and system/process solutions.
The Finance team at Marriott leverages change management expertise to strengthen the alignment between business priorities and organizational strategy (structure, processes, systems, talent, change, culture, etc.) in an effort to continuously improve and enhance the function.
Through specific expertise in these efforts, we work to ensure Marriott’s world class finance professionals are able to optimize human capital investments through a high performing organization.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Director, Organizational Change Management you will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of change management and deployment strategies for multiple finance initiatives on a global basis.
As a member of the Finance HR team, the Director, Organizational Change Management plays a multi-faceted role supporting change management and communications needs for multiple finance projects.
In this capacity, the candidate will deliver against discipline specific initiatives, while partnering closely with the Finance HR Business Partners, Organizational Capability resources, Finance Communications Lead and the Finance Business Leaders.
Primary focus will be to create and implement change management strategies and plans that minimize business risk, shape employee experience, and maximize engagement among key stakeholders.
Success in this role includes realizing an accelerated adoption of change and higher proficiency on the changes impacting associates in the organization such that business results are achieved.
