ADP is hiring a Director — Business Intelligence. This role establishes direction for the Business Intelligence efforts at NAS. In addition, the Director-BI will lead a team that establishes and maintains methods to collect, cleanse, govern and visualize data in ways that enable the business to enhance operational efficiencies and client/associate experiences.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for establishing methods to collect, cleanse, govern and visualize data. Once established, maintain and improve these methods to continually meet business needs.
  • Partners with field, operations and strategy leaders to drive data insights that improve business performance.
  • Serves as the NAS thought leader for Data, BI and Reporting.
  • Partners with other BU leaders to define ADP wide technology and tool standards.
  • Drives business requirements and collaborates with other BUs and the CIO to select ADP vendors and technologies of choice to establish overall governance of consistent data practices across the firm.
  • Manages a team of data analysts to Create/Maintain dashboards, Establish/Maintain methods to compile data from various sources
  • Designs, Creates and Maintains Dashboards that deliver critical Data Insights for the business.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred concentration in Business and or Technology. Certifications and Operational knowledge of Data Analytics and Reporting.
  • 5 to 8 Years of Directly Related Experience
