Project Manager (Contract/Fulltime) – VEA Technologies

We’re are looking for a Project Manager/Account Manager with experience working with clients in multiple industries.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and on time.
We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture.
PMs also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Delegate project tasks based on the team’s individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short
– and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
Excellent client-facing communication skill
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Solid experience with CRM/PM software (e.g.
Asana, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
