Anthem’s Chief Administration Officer team is looking for a Digital Product Manager Sr to join its team.
This high-performing individual contributor will be responsible for the ongoing strategy development of new and existing capabilities of digital products from inception to launch and lifecycle.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Oversee and interpret market research, internal data and competitive intelligence to determine ways to differentiate product capabilities and engage our constituents Partners with business stakeholders, Design Teams and IT to prioritize the best solutions to enhance functionality and increase user satisfaction Participate in Agile Scrum process to ensure product solutions are fulfilled Work with design team to organize and evaluate results from usability studies Evaluate how variations in the product design can impact its overall effectiveness Oversee development and maintenance of products Establish performance goals, enable monitoring, review success metrics and provide routine and ad hoc analyses and reports to management regarding results Qualifications Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior direct to consumer and/or healthcare industry digital product management and CX experience Proven experience with agile development (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Passion for creating best in class digital products and customer experiences that are user centric Demonstrated business acumen informed by business case creation, P&L ownership, operational expertise and cross functional teaming MBA or Master’s degree Experience working across a large corporate footprint Familiarity with customer satisfaction models and scoring (NPS, CSAT, etc.) Excellent communication skills enabling stakeholder engagement, leadership by influence and inspirational actions (by internal partners) Technical Fluency – an ability to help Technology, UX, Design and Product partners understand the tradeoffs between digital innovation, content management, user experience and business results/outcomes We offer a range of market-competitive total rewards that include merit increases, paid holidays, Paid Time Off, and incentive bonus programs (unless covered by a collective bargaining agreement), medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability benefits, 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, life insurance, wellness programs and financial education resources, to name a few.
