Youll work alongside Website Managers, Marketing Directors, Account Managers, and Creatives, and will report to the Director, Process and Project Management.Youll also supervise progress, define goals, and develop timelines.
More specifically, youll keep us on trackIf seeing the big picture is in your vision, we have marketing projects in need of your management.
The right fit for this role should have small-company energy with big-company navigation skills.
If you feel you fit this description and you have the qualifications listed below, we want to hear from youWhat Youll DoSimultaneously manage multiple projects that vary in size, scope, and difficulty (bugs, page builds, site builds, urgent brand requests, compliance issues, updates, maintenance, multi-team, cross-departmental)Organize department projects using task-management software (Jira, Airtable)Identify and explain dependencies and achievements while supervising progress of projectsTrack velocity and burndownIdentify and remove any roadblocksWork with the team to ensure detailed scopes are crafted before projects enter productionManage and communicate shifting priorities to ensure projects reach completion by expected due datesBuild project backlog in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional team membersOwn and facilitate communication in Daily Standups, Backlog Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospective meetingsAct as a go-to resource for project-related questions and concernsWork with the Director, Process and Project Management to improve and detail internal processes, creating efficiencies across the organizationWhat You Need3 years of demonstrated ability as a project manager preferredExperience working with Jira and ConfluenceFamiliarity with both Agile and Waterfall workflow methodologies and Scrum framework preferredBachelor’s degree or higherAbility collaborate, listen, and work well with many different peopleKnowledge of online marketing related projects/conceptsOutstanding writer and oral communicatorGracefully handle diverse situations, complex projects, and shifting priorities in a rapidly changing environmentExperience managing projects involving multiple resources and channelsExcellent project and time management skillsMore About ClearlinkClearlink, a SYKES company, is an award-winning digital marketing, sales conversion, and technology company, headquartered in Salt Lake City.
