Dow has an exciting opportunity on the Commercial Digital Commerce team for a Digital Experience Manager This role can be done from any Dow site, globally.
The Digital Experience Manager will focus on collaborating with our businesses to leverage digital experience capabilities to implement marketing plans that will achieve our business objectives.
The Digital Experience Manager will be a self-starter and drive best in class digital marketing practices across our organization.
As we build our digital capabilities, this role will coach and work with our businesses to expand the use of these capabilities to drive marketing excellence.
This role will conduct industry benchmarking, design and integrate business processes, and establish KPI’s and metrics to deliver easy, enjoyable, and effective experiences for both customers and employees.
This role will report to the Digital Experience Center of Excellence Manager.
Responsibilities/Duties The ability able to understand and articulate to our commercial teams, end to end digital commerce capabilities and effectively transform our marketing organization using best-in-class digital capabilities: Strategic Alignment of digital within 4P Plan Integrated Campaign Management using Persuasive Digital Selling Digital channel strategy (Distribution, Digital Marketplaces) Orchestrate our customer journey & experience management through: Product Catalog, Search and Comparison Technical Library and gated content management The ability to efficiently manage audiences and stakeholders through: Activity capture and profile development Personalization and targeting Engagement & Conversion Optimization Call to Action (CTA), inquiry and lead Requirements When coaching and constructing our digital commerce integration, you will use digital analytics and optimization testing.

You have experience working in social platforms and marketing technologies such as WeChat and Knowde.
You are able to train and be a resource for other digital marketers on best practices.
You have consultation experience within the digital marketing space.
You are able to effectively collaborate cross functionally, for example: Work with IT to identify technology gaps and ensure correct technology is being utilized Coordinate with Research & Development to manage product information in the catalog Collaborate with business to leverage digital experience capabilities to implement marketing plans and achieve business objectives You are detail oriented with your work.
You showcase strong oral and written communication skills.
Digital Analytics and Optimization Testing.
Required Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelors degree or relevant military experience at a U.S.
E6 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher is required.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.

Preferred Qualifications: A degree discipline in digital marketing is preferred.
Experience with using and integrating core digital commerce capabilities.
For example: product catalog management, web content management, digital asset management, B2B marketplaces, 3rd party portals, search engine marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, personalization & targeting, conversion optimization, lead generation, web analytics.
