Digital Engineering Manager
Principal Accountabilities
* Responsible for collaborating with Digital Marketing team on on-line projects designed to showcase Arrow and Supplier technology offerings.
This individual will help set the direction of the project by selecting the target Industry Vertical and/or Technology, drafting the technology framework, advising on best-in-class offerings, and building out the overall educational experience for the customer.
* Responsible for helping to build and deliver cohesive solutions-based offerings to support overall company objectives.
Expected to contribute to the development and deployment of various Marketing delivery tools such as Webinars, Landing Pages, targeted email campaigns etc.
* Responsible for regularly presenting engineering content to audiences via Videos, Seminars, and/or Webinars.
* Responsible for evaluating new tools and technologies to assist in the on-line education and design efforts of customers.
This individual will capture customer requirements, evaluate the potential solutions available, engage with the supplier(s), test the tool(s) against captured requirements, make recommendations for adoption, and help oversee the integration of tool(s) into the on-line experience.
* Responsible for managing a team responding to on-line chat inquiries from customers and insuring the highest level of customer satisfaction for those questions.
* Responsible for contributing to an innovative culture with ideas and strategic approaches to on-line customer enablement.
* Responsible for team management and mentoring subordinate & collaborating with different/cross functional teams to ensure deliverables.

Experience / Education
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
$99,000.00
– $121,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
