ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a purpose-driven team member dedicated to providing quality care to patients in a safe and professional environment. The Center Manager, CM, is a critically important role to the overall functioning of a clinic. The CM maintains operational excellence while leading a high-performing team who exhibits high morale and professionalism in the day to day operations of the dialysis center. The CM’s role coordinates the care and quality of treatments for patients so they can have life, but also a quality of living. The CM will achieve this by facilitating the care of patients while working with employees, MD?s, and other representatives. The CM consistently demonstrates a high standard of care for patients and maintains a high level of compassion in every interaction with them. The CM will also play an integral role in educating and mentoring staff members as appropriate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse and six (6) months of hemodialysis nursing experience
Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent, BSN preferred.
License/Certification: Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or in accordance with the applicable state?s Board of Nursing rules for the Nursing Licensure Compact (NCL)
