WHAT YOULL BE DOING: Leading efforts to grow Relias’ share of the Acute Care market through proven experience in B2B demand generation Developing, overseeing, delivering and continuously improving on the execution of the Acute Care marketing plan to deliver marketing qualified leads to the sales team sufficient to ensure adequate pipeline coverage for Sales to meet their bookings goal Setting and managing the Acute Care marketing calendar to support product launches and sales growth and align with market trends Leading strategy for Acute Care trade show activation and engagement Developing, managing, and executing on multi-channel campaigns encompassing thought leadership, webinars and white papers, email campaigns, blog posts, organic and paid social, paid search and display, retargeting and programmatic, and nurture streams Meeting with Sales regularly and delivering consistent and frequent information regarding campaigns and required follow-up Partnering weekly with and at times lead cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Clinical Effectiveness, Alliances, and other internal teams at all levels of the organization Analyzing, leveraging and acting on data-driven insights provided by digital marketing efforts to help guide the overall marketing strategy, identify lead generation sources, and improve lead conversion Taking ownership and initiative to support the marketing team and company through a proactive and positive attitude YOUVE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE: 3 years in demand generation marketing, including an extensive working understanding of digital marketing tactics (paid and organic social, paid search and display, retargeting, programmatic), campaign strategy, and campaign execution Ability to forecast results for planned campaigns Proven experience with Google AdWords Strong, proven organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution and influencing skills required Self-starter mentality with strong sense of ownership, ability to work autonomously and navigate and succeed in ambiguity Ability to think strategically and execute tactically Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills INDHP Relias is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free workplace
