Delaware North: Marketing Manager, Hub Hall And Banners Kitchen & Tap Restaurant

The OpportunityDelaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is hiring a Marketing Manager to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts for Hub Hall.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing projects primarily for the Boston concepts of Patina as well as assisting with other East Coast locations in New York City and Orlando, Florida.

You will manage the execution of core marketing functions and the strategic positioning of the diverse Patina Restaurant Group brands.

This person should be able to easily commute into Boston for work.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the development of marketing and strategic planning for Patina Boston locations and individual East Coast restaurant concepts, ensuring that all marketing functions and activities are carefully aligned and support the defined creative vision and direction.Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop digital marketing strategies, inclusive of social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and web development.Create marketing events with chefs, bloggers paid influencers, and guests to engage public awareness and appeal under appropriate budgets.Prioritize and oversee research initiatives to identify, translate and apply consumer behavioral feedback and market trends to implement effective promotions.Ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable financial results through increased sales.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related subject preferred.Minimum of 2 years’ progressive marketing experience for a restaurant, or hospitality business.Progressive executive career track in brand management and innovation, traditional and digital media, merchandising, promotions, and communications.Able to make informed business decisions; remain result-oriented when tracking the linkage between marketing techniques and measurable financial results.Must have a highly professional, positive attitude, self-motivated, flexible, and stellar interpersonal skills.The ability to travel as necessary to support current and future growth.Who We AreAt Delaware North, you’ll love where you work, who you work with, and how your day unfolds.
