Cyber Security Program Manager

Lumark has an exciting opportunity for a Cyber security PM who has strong background in federal Cyber security requirements and strong familiarity with NIST 800-53 directives.

Responsibilities:
Lead and support ad hoc work teams and Integrated Project Teams (IPT’s) in support of assigned activities.
Ensure that regulatory and programmatic considerations are included as a part of the discussions.
Provide the necessary documentation support to include the development and coordination of reports, action items, briefing charts, etc.

Support the development and review of draft process documentation and reports, prior to submission for approval.
Provide an on-going daily analysis of security vulnerabilities and POA&Ms.
Track and follow-up with all stakeholders the underlying detail and basis as well as other internal or external audits, assessments, reviews, and management directed engagements.
Conduct deep dive analysis and research of various security artifacts which ultimately lead to the recommendation to close the outstanding vulnerability.
Lead or assist in meetings that track aging of vulnerabilities, prioritizing, and working with 3rd party teams along with client to drive each one to close on a determined schedule.
Provide full application support and integration of ALL POAMs into the Operations Vulnerability Tool, operations support, development, maintenance, documentation as required for this additional capability to the operations dashboard.
Required Skills:
Strong project management experience with current PMP.
Strong background in federal Cybersecurity requirements and strong familiarity with NIST 800-53 directives.
Strong Microsoft SQL, Excel, Word and PowerPoint expertise.
Must be able to obtain/maintain Tier 4 security clearance (formerly 6C).
Past experience with Dept of Ed or Dept of Ed/FSA a plus.
Qualifications:
Federal Government or Defense work experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field.

Excellent interpersonal skills/office automation.
Active DoD Secret or Government Agency Clearance.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $105,000.00
– $150,000.00 per year
