Customer Success Manager

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Swayable is a dynamic data insights product that measures public opinion and rapidly tests how media content changes it.

Our users include global brands, advocacy orgs, and world-changing political campaigns.

The company is on a strong growth trajectory, launching in January 2018 out of Y Combinator and quickly establishing strong product/market fit.

Recent clients include five major Democratic Party presidential candidates as well as major consumer brands.

Swayable is a mission-driven Public Benefit Corporation.

About the role:

Swayable is looking for a fast learning and energetic Client Success Manager to work closely with the Director of Client Success, CEO, CTO, and founding team to help us scale.

Primary responsibilities will be:

  • Work with clients to design experiments based on their messaging and organization goals 
  • Launch and track client experiments in the field, ensuring tests reach appropriate count and spend targets
  • Interpret results and share insights with clients after experiment conclusion
  • Own the entire client relationship by identifying ways Swayable can add value to their program, driving impact, and working with key stakeholders
  • Build collaborative relationships with clients in order to deeply understand their needs and goals
  • Partner with Product and Design to advance the product and provide important client feedback
  • Support ad-hoc projects and lead initiatives that advance the internal tooling and processes

What you’re like:

  • STEM Degree or strong coursework in science or quantitative social sciences required
    – e.g.

    physics, biology, economics, psychology, mathematics, statistics.

    Experience with research, statistics, and experimentation a bonus. 

  • College or graduate degree
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed oriented and highly organized
  • Motivated and proactive, anticipating what will be needed rather than requiring direction
  • Prepared to work hard while being fun to collaborate with
  • Enthusiastic about technology
  • Passionate about progressive political movements, and interested in marketing/branding, and enthusiastic to work with these clients
  • Intellectually curious and eager to learn new things
  • Great with people, zero-drama
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Experience presenting to senior clients and the ability to inspire confidence 

What you can do:

  • Most important is being a quick learner of new skills
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Ability to use Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Dropbox, Gmail, Google apps required
  • Bonus points if you have some digital marketing experience, knowledge of

    – Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing
