With 800+ customers and $8B in revenue under management, SaaSOptics is winning the race to become the undisputed B2B subscription management application provider and is looking for an experienced, motivated, and passionate Customer Success Manager to help customers solve their problems and achieve their desired outcomes.The Work:* Act as a hands-on, consultative specialist to guide customers to achieve their desired business results* Responsible for a designated book of customer accounts to own the commercial relationship for both renewal and expansion* Work comfortably and credibly with dynamic CEOs, CFOs, and accounting staff in high growth, emerging SaaS businesses* Provide SaaSOptics product expertise & best practices across the following areas: subscription analytics, revenue recognition accounting, invoicing processes and payments processes.
