Customer Account Manager – Direct

This is a Contract position in Phoenix, AZ posted December 13, 2021.

Manage current and potential customers in order to increase the Company business in conjunction with the Head of Training.

Manage all aspects of customer post contract requirements and provide support to the Company as required during pre-contract negotiations, bids, proposal and any other commercial agreement.

Manage the day to day interface with other Company organizations to provide them with up to date information and update on all training related issues.

Responsible to consolidate Company presence in the market area assigned and to coordinate the efforts to increase the market share about training and related deliverables maintaining and promoting Customer relationships for training matters.

Ensure that proposed Training is in line with the actual Customer needs, by supporting main customer negotiation.

Responsible for facilitating the accurate and timely communication with customers as well as project management support to facilitate the resolution of customer issues.

Work with multiple internal teams including Sales & Marketing / Program Management / Product Support on a daily basis in USA, Italy and any other Cross-geography Training Academies.

Work on a daily basis on all customer requirements.

Ensure that proposed Training part of Bids and Proposal both relevant to training or to Helicopter Sales has a proper financial and industrial sustainability.

Available to travel off site for extended period of time such as trade shows, customer meetings and any other related business.

Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all customer issues as they relate to Scheduling/Proposals/Contracts/Bids Support the Business Support Manager in the daily activities providing reports, documentation as required and expertise Issuing and negotiating Long Term Agreements Report on customer status during periodic internal review meetings Ensure that bids, proposals and/or any other commercial agreements are accurate and cost effective Ensure that proposed Training is in line with the actual Customer needs Interface with other AW departments in Philadelphia and as well with the other Cross-geography Training Academies Responsible for documenting and communicating customer issues conducting customer satisfaction survey Ensure adherence to all AW Policies Perform other duties and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.

Education Bachelors Degree or Equivalent training, educational experience and experience Fluency in Spanish is not mandatory but desired Experience Minimum 3 years experience in a customer related environment Aviation related Ability to work effectively under pressure Superior problem solving Able to work independently and make judgment calls regarding customer issues Must be familiar with word, excel and office project Competencies & Attributes Vast knowledge of Customers background and expectations Ability to Multi Task while making individual Customer feel that they are number One Acceptance from Customer Community Direct and professional communication Integrity and Professionalism Commitment by Jobble
